I tried to reproduce the full title card but I ran into some problems trying to reproduce a flock of birds from the pattern on the characters "ta" and "Ri"so I just added some of those random shapes.
I made the Italy Chibi, and this is the best I can come up with. If you would like a version without him just let me know it's as simple as turning off a layer. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. We could even do an Axis Powers and a reverse with the Allies.
